So, honestly this one of my favorite places to go whenever wherever. And I'm not just saying it. Charlie is honestly one of the best managers. And all the people there are super friendly and personable. They work really hard and are fast and if they get your order wrong they start from scratch. I started going there to study and now it's like I go there every other day just for fun or to study it just depends. If they do get your order wrong (which is pretty rare from my experience they make it over quickly and make it write the next time. I don't have drive through Starbucks where I live not close to me this is the only one and honestly this a pretty good Starbucks everyone's Friendly even the costumers honestly. Idk it's really high recommended from me and I'm nitpicky the only reason I gave it 4 is it soooo difficult to get out of there it's kinda poorly located. If you don't speed out of there in some situations you could never could out or just crash in general

This location used to be amazing but lately the customer service is HORRIBLE. Valerie and Mason have no idea what they are doing and another employee working the drive thru Alec, likes to make rude comments under his breath and faces at the customers. Stay away from this Starbucks.

Seriously it's a Starbucks never gonna be 5 stars, especially when they are out of half the things people want such as cold brew! It's just a typical Starbucks with typical suburban people like us who have no other place to go for coffee but long to remember the days of "friends" like coffee shops we never actually went to.

Can't get orders correct first or second time. Do not fill drinks up. Today broke the camels back; everyone in the car who ordered grande hot coffees received the full of a tall. And we were in the drive-thru so going back to get it corrected was that much. It's annoying. I don't think management quality controls their the staff here.

Total incompetence at the Rogers road location at Starbucks, and the Manager could care less.
I visit this Starbucks on a daily basis when I leave the gym, and the past month or so with the service has rapidly decreased. From Luke warm coffees too miserable employees at the drive-through. Today was the day that I decided to take my business elsewhere when the manager rang me up, walked away, and my coffee sat on the counter for 5 minutes while the other employees made coffee and complained about how short handed they were because everyone was sick. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was at lunch (this was 10 am) and then the same guy who rang me up came over and said "sorry, ma'am. Everyone is sick and we need to move this line along." Thank you for the total disrespect. I I will be contacting the DM of wake forest Starbucks to let he or she know how the customer service is here on Rogers road.
